The Japan Professional Basketball League (Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; Chairman: Shinji Shimada; hereinafter "B.LEAGUE") has decided to establish " Impressive Asia Player of the Year"  in the B.LEAGUE AWARD SHOW.
